Shipping Policy

1. Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
- Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above ₹799. A flat charge of ₹49 applies to all Cash On Delivery (COD) orders and prepaid orders below ₹499.

2. How does the delivery process work?
- Once your order is processed by our system, each product undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it is in perfect condition. After passing the final quality check, products are carefully packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners aim to deliver your package at the earliest possible time. If they are unable to reach your provided address or find a suitable delivery time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

3. How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by:
- Tapping on the “My Orders” section in the main menu of our App or Website.
- Contacting our Help Desk for assistance.

4. What is the estimated delivery time?
- The estimated dispatch time for each product is mentioned under the “Shipping and Returns” tab on the respective product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and the courier company handling your package. You can start tracking your order 24 hours after dispatch from our warehouse.
